Cin was the first Azawakh in the US to achieve a Field
Championship
under the ASFA Miscellaneous Stake Rules. She
was also a multiple BIS and Specialty Winner.
A bronze perpetual trophy by artist, MaryBeth Halsey-Rogers was
commissioned in her memory. It will be awarded to the winner of the
ASFA International Invitational starting in 2002.
Cin was killed in April 2000
when she escaped from our yard.
We miss her terribly.

Kel Simoon Celie, FCC
As a youngster, Celie won the Specialty Best
in Show
at the ARBA Cherry Blossom Classic
under Judge Brody from Hungary.
There were over 500 dogs entered at that show.
She went on to become the second Azawakh Field
Champion under
the ASFA Miscellaneous Stake Rules.

"Nettie"
Nettie was chosen as a baby puppy by our good
friend,
Ursula Arnold (Azawakhs 'n shat-ehad) from
Germany.
At three months of age, she traveled abroad
with
her brother, Chenan and history was made.
Nettie exceeded our wildest dreams when she
won
Best of Breed at the World Show in 1996, at
just two years of age.
She is a German, VDH, Luxemburg Champion just
to mention just a few of her many titles.
Nettie is also licensed for coursing in Europe.
She has had three litters to date and the pups
have been winners in the show ring and at
racing and coursing in Europe.
Our Jeloun 'n shat-ehad is her son, sired by the
import, Biyanou.
Multi CH. Kel Simoon Chenan
"Chenan" is owned by our good friend, Tobias Josch
of Florsheim, Germany.
The only male from this litter, Chenan has many titles
to his credit, most notably he was the
first Coursing Champion in Germany. He is also a Champion of beauty
and
performance, along with a German and VDH CH. He was the winner of the
Hessen-Thuringen cup in 1996, the Nord Bayern in 1997, the German short distance
racing winner (Kurzstrechenmeister) in 1998 just to name a few.
Chenan is the sire of the Al Hara's L litter of Ingrid
Aigeldinger in Switzerland.
Al Hara's Lafia Lo is owned by Rich Spurling of New
York.
Kel Simoon Chiku
"Chiku" is owned by Eva Rickwardt of Gemany.
She is the beloved companion of a Standard Poodle
named Aris and enjoys outings with him and Eva.
Shown lightly, her show ring successes
were few, because although she is lovely
and correct, she has several missing teeth.
Kel Simoon Chinana
Chinana is owned by Randon Orde of Sarasota,
Florida
She was the only brindle in our C litter and
turned out to be a lovely girl.
Randon also has a male, Delloux, from our
D litter and has taught both dogs many tricks
learned from her days working with big cats
for the circus.
Kel Simoon Chizoba
"Maya" is owned and loved by Donna Seigal of San
Diego, CA.
Donna also owned Kel Tarbanassen Etambo, the sire
of our A litter,
before his death in 2002. Donna now has a male, Kintu, from our K litter.
